How To Add An Image To Email

1.
  1. On the Follow Up tab find the email you want to add the picture to, in my example I am using the All Interested Memberships Leads Birthday Message.
2.
  1. Click edit. This will open a standard looking blank email.

  1. Type in your greeting and then click the image icon

  1. Type in the URL of your picture or click Browse

    NOTE: Keep your image file names simple, like HappyBirthday.jpg or Lead_BDay.png. It's best not to include special characters or spaces as these may effect the deliverability of your image.

  1. Choose your image from the list. If you need to add an image, click Browse at the bottom. This will bring up the standard Windows search. Locate the image and then click Open. Now you can choose the image from the list.

  1. You can see your image in the editor and it will have properties on the left side. You can size your image here ( maximum of 600 pixels) or you can size it in your email.  Click

  1. Save your email and then open it and send yourself a test using the Send Test Email on the lower left.

  1. Once you are happy with how your email looks, change the status to ON and Save
