What is Integration?
Overview
Integration allows data entered into one system to flow into the other.
For InTouch Follow-Up customers, data that is entered by users into InTouch FollowUp can flow through the InTouch Connector into another system such as their club membership management system or sales presentation application. This is because InTouch FollowUp is primarily a lead tracking tool and leads must be entered into InTouch FollowUp for it to provide its purpose.
Integration with InTouch FollowUp is accomplished via the InTouch Connector, which can be thought of as a synchronization hub.

- Add a Lead in InTouch Follow-Up --> Lead is sent to your Club Management System (CMS)
- Add a Lead in InTouch Follow-Up --> Lead is sent to your Visual Fitness Planner Application (VFP)
- Add a Lead in VFP --> Lead is sent to your InTouch Follow-Up Application
- Update Lead contact details in InTouch Follow-Up --> Lead changes are sent to your CMS and your VFP
- Convert a Lead to a Trial in InTouch Follow-Up --> Converts to Trial in your CMS
