SUBMIT A TICKET

To manually change a member's sales date (or join date):

  1. First, find the sale. There are two ways of doing this: 
    A: If you just made the sale, go to the Opportunities tab and click Sales o the blue bar. The most recent sale will be at the top.   
    B: Find the sale using the Search option (top left). Type the name of the member you are looking for and click Sales on the blue bar.  Note: You need to find the record under "Sales" and not under "Members".
  2. Click on the person's name to open their contact record
  3. Click on the Lead tab
  4. Click on the calendar icon to the right of the Sales Date* and select the desired sales date.
  5. Click Save

* If you do not have a calendar icon next to the date, then your role does not have the permission to change a sales date. In most clubs, this permission is restricted to Managers and/or Administrators only.
