Understanding Data Integration

The InTouch/CSI Paramount integration currently allows for insert/update of new prospects only in InTouch. Members are currently not supported. Also note the integration is one-way only. Data entered in Paramount does not flow to InTouch.

Unlike staff, a lead source created in InTouch can be sent to Paramount. When a lead source is saved in IntouchInTouch, it is sent to the Connector, and the Connector will fetch a list of staff lead sources from Paramount and attempt to find a match based on the name(description). So if 'Facebook' already exists as a lead source in Paramount, the Connector will then link two 'Facebook' together. If the 'Facebook' lead source doesn't exist in Paramount, it will be inserted. This will then allow prospects that are created in InTouch and have Lead source ‘Facebook’, to be sent to Paramount and still have ‘Facebook’ as the lead source.
