Objective/Purpose

The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements to integrate a Clubware club with the InTouch Connector. The intended audience is the administrator or manager of the club that wants integration between InTouch and Clubware.

About The Connector

The Connector is simply the

InTouch and Clubware work together allowing you to pull data from InTouch into Clubware on demand and eliminating the need for double entry of data into Clubware.

How does it work?

Each time you add or update a membership lead record in InTouch, it pushes that data to the InTouch Connector immediately. The Connector is simply a piece of software that handles all the communication between the two systems. When a lead is added or updated in InTouch, or when a lead is sold, that lead or member will be also in Clubware.

Understanding the Integration

Clubware does not provide the ability for the Connector to push data directly to Clubware. Instead, Clubware pulls the Connector for updates. The pull is done manually from the Clubware application.

Requirements

The following attributes are required to turn on the integration. All of these will probably have to be provided directly from Clubware, or your IT Administrator

How do we get started?

  1. Contact InTouch Support Services with your name, club name and location, and let us know you'd like us to enable an integration with Clubware.
  2. Contact your Clubware representative to ensure you have the correct version of Clubware
and have your Clubware
