This release gives managers of multiple clubs the ability to add a staff member introduces a significant enhancement and reduces the time involved to set up users who require access to many clubs with only one user name. Instead of adding the staff member to
In previous releases you were required to set-up a user in every club and then linking them all together, now you can give a user multi-club access by creating one username and linking each club to that username.Notesmap the 2 users to a single login. Now you can set-up a user in a single club and assign them access to other clubs simply by picking the clubs from a list.
Important Notes for existing multi club users:
1 - For existing users , the login name chosen, who still use multiple usernames to login, you will now only have one active username, your valid login name will be the last one the user logged into InTouch throughyou used to login to InTouch. (i.e. if you have 3 usernames Brit1, Brit2, Brit3 and you last logged in with Brit2, after the release only Brit2 will allow you to login. Don't worry once you are logged in you can switch between your clubs).
2 - If the user tries you try to log-in and the log-in username does not work, either try another one of your usernames, or contact the user's your club administrator so they can reset the your user name.

- Select the color you want to set for your event type
- Click Save
Appointments will be color-coded on each calendar view. Brittany Nicol (Deactivated) - CHANGE SS BELOW to Show ALL our InTouch DEFAULT EVENTS and a WEEK view so you can see colours/appt at a glance (no swimming lessons please, lets keep it super relevant to the features we are selling i.e. lead management, PT and retention! (I know they may use it for swim lessons but I don't want to give the illusion we are a booking system for selling swim lessons)), Also make the appt duration long enough so I can see the colour and the event type description just like you have for Hannah Storm (Tour)-- as it looks now for Jim Peters and Sam Opel and Marina Face I cannot see the appt type so the reader will ask where's the legend for colour coding and at this time legend is out of scope for this feature)
