The CAR gives an overview of the following:
- Membership Opportunities Added - split into:
- Leads added that are not Referrals or Walk-Ins
- Referrals Added
- Walk-ins Added
- Calls Made - split into:
- Calls to Not Visited Leads/Guests
- Calls to Missed Guests - Leads that visited but did not buy
- Calls to Members
- Calls to PT Leads
- Appointments
- Sales Appointments Added on this date/date range
- Sales Appointment Today- i.e. this sales appointment was scheduled to occur in this date range
- Guests for Memberships - leads who visited the club in this date range split into:
- Showed-Up Sales Appointments
- New Walk-Ins
- Drop-In Guests/ Tour Now
- Appointment closing percentage
- Sales Breakdown- percentage of total sales that are:
- Sales from Leads that are not Referrals or Walk-Ins
- Sales from Referrals
- Sales from Walk-Ins
- Make Sale Stats shows how many new sales led to:
- Referral Leads added
- Orientations Booked
To access the Club Activity Report:
- Select the Reports tab
- Select the Live Reports
- Find the Club Activity Report
- Select the report dates for which you wish to display data (3 month maximum)
- Select the report columns you would like to view (see below for details)
- Choose a report format (PDF, RTF, CSV). The default format is PDF.
- Click View Report
Report Parameters
- Detailed shows club total and staff totals for each club on the report
- Summary shows Club totals only
- Lead Owner ranked shows all the staff across all the clubs (or a total organization) in the report ranked by Total Sales (does not show club totals)

The Club Activity Report with Total Columns, Make Sale, and Detailed to show staff

The Multi-Club Activity Report ranked by Lead Owner (Multi-Club Reports are available in the InTouch Follow-Up Pro version only).
