Referral - Members Who Referred New Members and Referral - Leads That Joined

These reports will show you which new members were referred by an existing member as well as which existing members have referred new leads and/or new members.

Referral - Members Who Referred New Members

This Referral report lists each new member, how many referrals they gave and how many of their referrals have signed up.

Business Value: Use this data to run a referral campaign or reward members that bring you multiple new memberships.

To Access the Referral - Members Who Referred New Members Report:

1. Select the Reports tab
2. Select the Live Reports
3. Find the Referral - Members Who Referred New Members report and click View Report
4. Select the report month
5. Choose a report format (PDF or CSV). The default format is PDF

Referral - Leads That Joined

The Referral - Leads That Joined report, lists each referral who signed up, and how long it took to get them signed up.

Business Value: How good is your staff at getting referral leads from members and turning them into new members? How long does it usually take for a referral lead to join? If many join within a few days and you have a Day 2 phone call in your Agenda to a referral lead, you should really try to book a club tour from that phone call.

To Access the Referral - Leads That Joined Report:

1. Select the Reports tab
2. Select Live Reports
3. Find the Referral - Leads That Joined report and click View Report
4. Click View Report
5. Select the report month
6. Choose a report format (PDF or CSV). The default format is PDF
