- Click in the Search bar on the left side of the screen above Quick Links
- Begin entering in a first name, last name, or even phone number
- Use the blue bar to search through Leads, Agendas, Members or Sales
ICONS: Lead lifecycle icons can also be found at the bottom of the Opportunities screen
Review Today’s Appointments
- Go to Agenda > Today > Viewing: All Agendas
- All appointments and appt owners will be listed at the top by time
OR
- Go to Calendar
- View Group Calendars or Individual Calendars
Confirm Tour Appointments
- From the Agenda, select Today or Tomorrow
- Select Viewing > All Agendas
- Click on the lead’s name for phone number (or click Call Now)
- Once confirming with the person, use Action button on the Agenda to Confirm Appt
Reschedule a tour for Sales Staff
- From the Agenda, use the Action button to click Reschedule
- Select the new date/time then click Reschedule
Add a New Lead
Use the Quick Links Menu
-If an existing member referred this lead, use Referral Lead
-For new phone inquiries, use Telephone Lead
-For all others, use New Lead
Record a note about a lead/member
- Search for lead or member and click on their name
- Record notes under History
Write notes to Staff
- On the Homepage, under What’s Happening, click in Share your good news
- To write to just one person, uncheck All Staff and type the first few letters of the staff’s name
- Click on their name from the list and Share
Book an Orientation in InTouch Follow-Up
- Search for the member and use the Action button to Schedule Appt. Select Trainer’s calendar and use Orientation as the Appt Type
OR
- Go to Calendar > Group Calendars > Orientation Trainers
- Find the trainer and click on a time. Enter all details (Appt Type: Orientation, With: Start typing in the members name and select from the list)
Move Someone to a Trial
Find the lead, click on their name, and select Move to Trial at the bottom of the contact screen.
Expire a Member
- Find the member under Search or the Members Tab (make sure it has the blue member icon!)
- Click on the members name
- Click Expire Member
Calendar Views
Calendar views default to show All Appointments. To switch this view to see All Appointments, click on All Appts in the top right and then click Open Appts.
