- Use the drop down box to select a Reason and

- Click Not Interested
Return a Lead to Interested Status
All Not Interested leads can be found under the Leads Tab > Memberships > Not Interested.
If someone comes back and decides they are interested again:
- Find the lead and click on his/her name
- Under the Lead Options, click Interested
To customize Not Interested Reasons
The "Not Interested Reasons" shown in the dropdown box (above) can be created by your administrator in the Admin section.
To Add a Reason
- Click on the gray Admin tab
- Select Lead Properties
- Select Not Interested Reasons at the bottom of the page
- Select + New Not Interested Reason from the Quick Links on the left
- Enter a Name (required) and Description (optional)
- Change the Sort Order number (optional) if you would like this reason to appear in a specific place in the drop-down menu of reasons.
- Keep the Status as Show
- Click Save
To Edit or Hide a Reason
Not Interested Reasons can be hidden from available options in the drop-down menu, but cannot be deleted because they are tied to reporting.
- Highlight the Not Interested Reasons you wish to change
- Click Edit
- You can change the Description, Sort Order or click Hide if you do not want this to be an available option.
