The Guest Log

This section describes your Daily Log (Guest Register) and Opps (Opportunities) Added for each day.

Daily Log

The Daily Log is like your Guest Register. It shows...

  • Who came in today
  • What they came in for (Club Tour, Orientation, a Walk‐In, etc)
  • The Lead Owner
  • The Staff person that met with this customer today
  • Did they make a purchase? Did a Membership Lead buy a membership or did a PT Lead buy PT?
  • What’s Next: The next action for this individual – Did they schedule another appointment to
come back? If not, is a phone call scheduled to follow up?

To Access the Daily Log:

  1. Select Guest Log Tab. The select Daily Log on the blue bar

Opps (Opportunities) Added

Opps Added shows all the new membership leads and PT leads entered on the date listed. It also shows the number of leads added next to the date in the top right.

To Access the Guest Log: Opps Added

  1. Select the Guest Log tab

Not understanding some odd entries?

Today's Daily Log shows:

  1. A completed appointment listed at the appointment date and time. For example, if you have an appointment scheduled tomorrow at 3pm and the person shows up today, you want to reschedule the appt for today before clicking Showed Up. Otherwise, the person will show on tomorrow's Daily Log at 3pm.
  2. A Drop-In Tour
  3. A Walk-In
  4. A lead that has a Trial Start Date of today. For example, if you moved someone to a trial yesterday and listed the Trial Start Date of today, the person will show on today's Daily Log. Trials start by date not time, so the time on the Daily Log reflects the time the lead was first added into InTouch.
  5. Sales recorded for that day. (If no visit (activity) has been recorded for that day, it will show the last recorded activity).

It does not show:

  1. Someone that signed in through your InTouch Kiosk that has not yet been marked as Take on Tour. This could be someone still in your Kiosk Club Tours Queue or someone whose wait time expired and is just listed in Opportunities>Incoming Leads with Owner of Kiosk Tour.
