To manually change a members join date or to backdate their join date first you need to find the membermember's sales date (or join date):

- click Sales o the blue bar. The most recent sale will be at the top.

- ). Type the name of the member you are looking for and click Sales on the blue bar. Note: You need to

- find the

- record under "

- Sales" and not

- under "Members".

- Click on the person's name
...
- to open their contact record
- Click on the Lead tab
- Click on the calendar icon to the right of the Sales Date* and select the desired sales date.
- Click Save
* If you do not have a calendar icon next to the date, then your role does not have the permission to change a sales date. In most clubs, this permission is restricted to Managers and/or Administrators only.
