InTouch Follow-Up and ASF work together so when you click the Make Sale button in InTouch, it opens ASF in a second internet browser window with all your sale’s contact information filled in, eliminating the need for double entry of data. Please note that this is not a true integration and it does not use the InTouch Connector. |
How does the process it work?
- Always add your new leads and sales into InTouch Follow-Up first.
- Convert your lead to a member by clicking Make Sale.
- In the Make Sale screen, enter all of your new member’s contact information then click Make Sale in the bottom right.
- This will open a second window in your browser displaying the lead’s information you just entered that will be submitted to ASF. Click Submit.
- Continue adding any additional information required for ASF.
- Click back on your InTouch Follow-Up window to finish your process in InTouch Follow-Up.
How do we get started?
Contact the InTouch Help Desk (click the Submit a Ticket button in the top right) InTouch Support Services with your name, club name, club location, and ASF number. We will enable the ASF connection for your club. No other setup is needed.
