Add a webpage link to an email

For example: Link your club logo to your website, or link the phrase "group classes" to your online class schedule

Instructions

  1. First, open the email and add the content you wish to link.
    To link word or phrase: Type the word or phrase in the desired location
    To link an image (ie: a Facebook icon): Add the image to the desired location
  2. Highlight the word, phrase or image you want to link (copy & paste works great here!)
  3. Click the chain-link icon in the formatting bar
  4. Enter the URL link (ie: www.intouchfollowup.com)
  5. Click OK

 

 

 

Troubleshooting

I click the chain-link icon and nothing appears (or the box is blank)

  • Check the pop-up blocker settings on your browser
  • If that doesn't work, try clearing your cache
  • No labels
