Client Guide for Twin Oaks
Objective/Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements to integrate a Twin Oaks club with the InTouch Connector. The intended audience is the administrator or manager of the club that wants integration between InTouch and Twin Oaks.
About The Connector
Each time you add or update a membership lead record in InTouch, it pushes that data to the InTouch Connector immediately. The Connector can be thought of as a synchronization hub; it's a central location both InTouch and a partner system can use to push or pull data.
Understanding the Integration
Twin Oaks does not provide the ability for the Connector to push data directly to Twin Oaks. Instead, Twin Oaks pulls the Connector for updates. The pull is done manually from Twin Oaks application by the staff when they want to find a prospect or member.
Information imported (if available) is as follows: First name, Last name, DOB, Cell Phone, Home Phone, Work Phone, Gender, Company (can only be seen after Prospect becomes a Member), Address, City, State and Zip code. “Date Entered” is the date that the prospect was entered in InTouch and “Last Modified” is the date prospect was pulled from InTouch (this date will change as soon as changes are made to the record).
Requirements
The following attributes are required to turn on the integration. All of these will probably have to be provided directly from Twin Oaks, or your IT Administrator
- Version 6 or higher
