Adding a Lead Form to Your Facebook Page
This page shows how you can add a website link to your club's Facebook page and then use your website to send leads directly into your InTouch site. We also have a Facebook Lead Generator App that we recommend adding for users that access your FB page from a desktop.
Prerequisites
- You need to be an administrator on your club's Facebook page
- You'll need the URL of the website lead form that you want to link
- (If your website lead form is not set up to send leads to your InTouch, be sure to check out our Web Leads Setup instructions).
Instructions

- Go to your Facebook Page’s cover photo and click + Add a Button
- Choose your call-to-action (For example: Get In Touch → Sign Up)
- Enter the URL for your website with the lead entry form
- Click Add Button
