Online Training Preparation

This page will explain how you should prepare your club for online training for InTouch FollowUp.

Training Room Setup

You will need a computer with access to the internet and connected to a projector and screen or a large screen monitor (48" +). Alternately, multiple computers with internet access so all staff have a good view of the screen and can use a keyboard (max 2 people per computer).

Training programs have dial in conference lines, please ensure that you have a speaker phone or computer speakers available so everyone can hear the trainer.

Online Training Software

Online training sessions use RingCentral. If you haven't used RingCentral before, it's recommended that you click on your training session link 5-10 minutes prior to training to download any neccessary software.
