Computer Requirements
Below are the minimum requirements for each computer that needs access to FollowUp.
Computer Hardware
- Computer with 1 GHz processor
- At least 2 gigabytes (GB) of RAM
- Monitor with 1024 x 768 or preferably higher resolution
- High speed broadband internet connection
- Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 7+, Safari 4+
- Flash Player 10+
InTouch FollowUp runs on Adobe Flash. Minimum requirements are above, but it's best to keep your Flash Player up to date for Adobe Flash bug fixes, etc. For more information on Flash and help with installing/enabling it on your computer, go here.

Please ensure that these URLs are accessible to all staff using FollowUp:

Common Issues
We've found that most issues customers have with InTouch FollowUp are local - meaning an issue with a specific computer, internet browser, internal network or internet connection.
The first step to finding and resolving an issue is making sure your computer meets the minimum requirements.
