I can't log in

First....

  1. Are you able to get to the InTouch Login screen at app.intouchfollowup.com?
  2. Do you get an error message when you enter your username and password?
  3. Do you get a blue bar that says "loading", but it never finishes?
  4. Are you able to go to another computer? If so, can you log in on that computer?
  5. Do you have other staff at your club that use InTouch FollowUp? If yes, are they able to log in with their username?

Second...

1. If yes to #5 above, continue. If no, see Network Problems

2. What does the error message say? Please copy the entire error, including the Details and send it to support@intouchfollowup.com with a description of what you were trying to do just before you saw the error.

3. This is often an issue with your browser. See 50% Loading Message.

4. If you can log in on another computer, this shows the issue is with your first computer. Try the steps in 50% Loading Message.

5. If other staff can log in at the same computer for which you cannot, it is most likely an issue with your username and/or password. Your club administrator should reset your username and password. 

Forgotten Passwords:

  • If you are club staff, please contact your club administrator to reset your password. For security reasons, InTouch Support will not alter any existing user without the written permission of a club administrator.
  • You can also click on "Forgot your Username or Password?" on the login page and enter the email address associated with your username. If you do not receive an email with your password, please contact your club administrator. 
  • If you are a club administrator and can't log in, please contact Support for assistance.
