Understanding the Connector Log

HOME > SET UP > INTEGRATIONS & PARTNER PAGES > CONNECTOR LOG

Each InTouch FollowUp site will have an InTouch Connector Log that holds a record of leads being sent to and/or from your Club Management System. From this log you can see if a record was sent and if it saved successfully or an error occurred. A warning will occur if a record was sent, but with missing information. Errors will also indicate WHY the record was not transferred (e.g. issue with contact details, issue reaching your club management system etc).

How to Access the Connector Log

(Only accessible for clubs that have already set up integration between InTouch and their CMS).

  1. Log in to your InTouch FollowUp site
  2. Go to Admin > Club (You must have Administrator privileges to see this Tab)
  3. Look in the bottom right corner for Connector
  4. Click the link next to Logging URL

(info) Want staff to have access to the Connector Log, but not Admin? Open the Connector URL and create a Desktop Shortcut.
