Broadcast Text Messages
Text Blasts
All US sites have the ability to send broadcast messages via text. It’s quick, it’s easy, you can choose what date and time you want it to send, and you can even filter by when leads were created, trial dates, etc. So, for example, you could text a special offer to everyone currently on a trial this week.
How to Send a Text Blast

(First, your club needs to have the TEXT Features enabled)
Go to the Follow-Up tab
Select the group to which you want to send your text e.g. Membership Leads who have NOT VISITED or PT LEADS who are INTERESTED (Hint: OTHER has ALL interested leads together in one group)
Find the Text option (i.e.: Text All Interested Leads that have Not Visited the club)
Click Edit
Enter your message. Merge field options are on the right. We've provided some example content for each broadcast text group, but we highly recommend that you review this and revise it to suit your marketing style!
Select your date range filter. Each lifecycle group will show a different filter (i.e.: When leads were created, or when a lead was on a trial, etc)
Select when to send it (Texts will send within approximately 90 minutes from now or within 90 minutes of the Date/Time you select)
