2.1 Nightly CAR (Club & Multi-Club Activity Report) Update

The Nightly email report has always given information on the past, but as a manager it's important to know what's coming up today and this week as well. The Nightly Club Activity Report and the Nightly Multi-Club Activity Report now answer some important questions at a quick glance:

• How many sales did we get yesterday?
• How many appointments do we have scheduled for today?
• How many appointments do we have scheduled the rest of this week?
• How many new leads did we get this week?

The following rows have also been improved for clarity and function:

• "Added & Today's Appt" has been re-named to "Sales Appts" 
• "Sales Appts Today" has been re-named to "Sales Appts" and still indicates the number of scheduled sales appointments

2.2 Scheduled Events (Appointments) Status Report CSV now includes Member Events

The Scheduled Events Status Report has been renamed to be the Scheduled Appointments Status Report (CSV). This new version now includes member appointments (or events), such as Personal Training Sessions or any custom appointment types you've added into your site. This report is a great way to view any scheduled, cancelled or completed appointments. Since it comes in a CSV format, you have several options to sort by specific staff, appointment types, appointment statuses, etc. The report also includes contact details, like the lead/member name, phone and address.

3. Resolved Issues

3.1 Character issues in Text Messages and Histories

Certain characters, such as " < ", entered into a lead or member's history (directly or through a text message reply) were causing a loss of history notes and/or other errors. This issue has been resolved so that all characters will be accepted and recorded.
