Day X Text Messages

Day X Texts are automated texts that are sent based on a lead or member's lifecycle

Create Day X Text Message followups to add to your current email and telephone follow-up schedule. For example, thank your lead that toured yesterday, but didn't join yet. Or text your new member with a referral offer. ALL DONE AUTOMATICALLY!

How it works:

First, your club needs to have the Text Features enabled. Club Managers or Administrators should also review their club's Text Permissions to make sure the appropriate staff can or cannot text the appropriate leads/members. Only roles/permissions with full permissions to edit follow-up can add a Day X Text.

To Set Up a Day X Text Message

1. Go to the FollowUp tab
2. Select your group: Membership leads, Personal Training leads or Members. For Membership leads, also select your lifecycle group at the bottom (ie: No Club Visit).
3. Click add New Text under FollowUp Links. 
4. Add your content. You will be able to select merge fields as well as add text.

5. Enter the day you want the text to be sent.

6. Change your Status to On (or keep Off until ready for text to start sending automatically).

7. Click Save. Your text message follow-up will be sent between 3-4:30pm of the day you select. (This means it's best to set Day 2 as the first day for any text follow-up).
