  1. After logging into InTouch FollowUp, select the Admin tab

  2. Select Kiosk

  3. Click Edit

  4. Make changes to the relevant fields as described below

  5. Click Save

If you do not see the changes on your kiosk right away, try a quick reboot of your tablet.

Tablet Kiosk Settings: Wait Time & Screen Timeout

Kiosk Tour Wait Time

This is the amount of time the lead's information will be available in the Kiosk Club Tours queue. Set this to a time you feel is the maximum amount of time you would keep a lead waiting for a tour. Once the time expires, the lead is assumed to have left your club without completing a tour and is removed from the Kiosk Club Tours queue, but is still available under the Incoming Leads list so you can assign a lead owner and ensure the lead receives the scheduled follow-up. Incoming Leads are found under Opportunities > Viewing > Incoming Leads.

Screen Timeout

This controls how long the kiosk screen sits idle before going back to the Welcome Screen. For example, if a lead fills out only some of the screens and then walks away, this is the amount of time the last screen they used will remain on display before it resets to the home screen.

Welcome Screen

Type your own title, sub-title and tour button message or use our default wording.

Verify Age Screen

This is where you can set the appropriate legal age to sign a waiver in your location.

  • Title: You can type the text you prefer to use to ask the customer to verify their age or simply use the default text shown below.

  • Waiver Age: The age you set will be shown on the right button. The age on the left button automatically sets to one year younger.

Waiver Form

  • Title: This contains the instructions to the lead to read and agree to the waiver. You can customize this text or leave it with our default wording as shown below.

  • Waiver: This is a legally binding document and should be added by entering (or copying/pasting) from your current club waiver form that has been approved by your legal team.

  • Waiver Acceptance: This is a legally binding acceptance statement. You should customize this text to match the text on your waiver that has been approved by your legal team.

Add Lead Page

  • Title: Type the instructions you wish to display to ask your kiosk lead to enter their name and contact details or leave it with our default wording as shown below.

  • Required Field: This sets what contact information must be filled out by the lead at the kiosk. The lead must fill the required fields before they can move to the next screen. Requiring a mobile number as well as an email address means that your new lead will be getting both email and scheduled call follow-up.

Permit Drop-In Workout

A Drop-In Workout (not to be confused with a Drop-In Tour) is someone who is only interested in working out and is generally using the club temporarily as they are from out of town. It's for people that you want to have sign your waiver, but not include as a lead in your InTouch Follow-Up. Enabling this option will add a screen after the lead contact information screen with two buttons.

  • Club Tour Button Label: This should ask if they are local

  • Drop-In Workout Button Label: This should be for people who are using the club temporarily (as a 1 day guest/ drop-in workout) and are not to be added as membership sales leads within InTouch Follow-Up.

Note: A lead that marks themselves as a Drop-In Workout will still appear in your waiting Kiosk Club Tours queue. In this queue, a button called Drop-In Workout appears when Drop-In Workouts are permitted. Clicking this button ensure that this person does not become a true lead and does not receive any follow-up emails or calls but instead is captured in the Drop-in Workout sub tab in your Opportunities.

Question Page

Number of Questions: The number of Guest Card questions your lead will be asked to answer when checking in. The questions are pulled, in order, from your Guest Card. The number you select here does not include the Lead Source question "How did you hear about us?". Each question has its own screen on the kiosk and answers are not required so the lead can skip to the next question without answering a question.

Final Page

This tells your lead what to do next after they finish the kiosk questions. For example, whether should they take a seat or meet you at the front desk.

"How did you hear about us?" Screen Options

The options on this screen match your lead sources, which are set in the main InTouch Follow-Up application under the Admin tab, Lead Properties. The lead sources on the kiosk can be a sub-set of the lead sources in your main InTouch Follow-Up application.

  1. Go to the Admin tab

  2. Go to Lead Properties tab

  3. Click Edit next to the Lead Source you want to show or hide on the kiosk

  4. Tick or untick the Show/hide flag

  5. Note: By default ALL Lead sources will show on the kiosk until you change this flag.
