Drop-Ins
A Drop-‐In is an existing lead (that’s never been to the club before) that comes in the club for a tour without an appointment. To mark that you have toured this person today:
1.Find the lead and click on their name
2.Under the side Lead tab, check the Drop-‐In box
3.Click Save
