Referral Reports

Referral - Members Who Referred New Members

This Referral report lists each new member, how many referrals they gave and how many of their referrals have signed up.

Business Value: Use this data to run a referral campaign or reward members that bring you multiple new memberships.

To Access the Referral - Members Who Referred New Members Report:

Select the Reports tab
Select the Live Reports
Find the Referral - Members Who Referred New Members report and click View Report
Select the report month
Choose a report format (PDF or CSV). The default format is PDF

Referral - Leads That Joined

The Referral - Leads That Joined report, lists each referral who signed up, and how long it took to get them signed up.

Business Value: How good is your staff at getting referral leads from members and turning them into new members? How long does it usually take for a referral lead to join? If many join within a few days and you have a Day 2 phone call in your Agenda to a referral lead, you should really try to book a club tour from that phone call.

To Access the Referral - Leads That Joined Report:

Select the Reports tab
Select Live Reports
Find the Referral - Leads That Joined report
Click View Report
Select the report month
Choose a report format (PDF or CSV). The default format is PDF

Referred Members (CSV)

The Referred Members report lists each referral who joined during the date range selected and who referred them.

Business Value: Use this data to run a referral campaign or reward members that bring you multiple new memberships. The report also contains all contact page data and subscription preferences.

To Access the Referred Members (CSV) Report:

Select the Reports tab
Select Live Reports
Find the Referred Members (CSV) report
Click View Report
Select the report time span
