Not Interested Reasons Report

This report will show you why people aren’t joining your club. Each time a lead is marked as Not Interested, a reason why they aren’t interested is required. These reasons can be customized by your club in the Admin > Lead Properties > Not Interested Reasons section.

 

To Access the Not Interested Reasons Report:

  1. Select the Reports tab
  2. Select Live Reports
  3. Find the Not Interested Reasons Report and click View Report
  4. Select the report dates for you wish to display data (this date range reflects the dates between which a lead was changed to Not Interested)
  5. Choose a report format (PDF or CSV). The default format is PDF
  6. Click View Report
