Membership and PT Sales and Orientations Booked Report

This report shows PT Sales and Orientations Booked for Membership Sales.

Closing the membership sale is important, but so is what happens after the sale. See the staff members who are able to up sell Personal Training, who are able to book Orientations (which will increase retention rates), and which, if any, staff do neither.

To Access the Membership and PT Sales and Orientations Booked Report:
  1. Select the Reports tab
  2. Select the Live Reports
  3. Find the Membership and PT Sales and Orientations Booked Report and click View Report
  4. Select the report date range
  5. Choose a report format (PDF, RTF, CSV). The default format is PDF
  6. Click View Report
