Email Attachments

Attachments cannot be added to the automatic email. This is a design decision as "bulk" mail out that includes attachments are seen as spam by most email filters. Microsoft mail merge will also not support attachments.

The accepted best practice would be to include the attachment information in the body of the email or to store the document on a website and provide a link to the web location.
