Export Lead/Sales Information (Sales, Leads, or Both)
These reports will allow you to export information from InTouch as Leads, Members, or both. Want to mail a referral guest pass to everyone that joined in the last 90 days? Or send a postcard to your most recent leads? Download a spreadsheet to easily make address labels. Additionally, use this report to view and analyze data in different ways through Excel.
Won Lead* Export Report (CSV)
The Won Lead Export Report (CSV) exports all the won leads (or sales) for a date range to a CSV file.
*A "Won Lead" is a Sale
Active Lead Export Report (CSV)
The Active Lead Export Report (CSV) exports all leads (except won) for a date range to a CSV file.
ALL Leads Status Report (CSV)
Export all leads (Active and Won) that were created and/or whose status change date is within the selected date range into a CSV file.
To access any of these 3 reports:
- Select the Reports tab
- Select the Live Reports
- Find the report you wish to export (Won Lead Export Report, Active Lead Export Report or ALL Leads Status Report)
- Click View Report
- Select the report date range
- Click View Report
- Depending on your Operating System, the file may download or open an Export dialog box. For the latter option, choose a format to export the data as (e.g.: Excel), or choose to save as a file.
