2. What does the error message say? Please copy the entire error, including the Details and send it to support@intouchfollowup.com with a description of what you were trying to do just before you saw the error.
3. This is often an issue with your browser . See 50% Loading Message
4. If you can log in on another computer, this shows the issue is with your first computer. Try the steps in 50% Loading Message
5. If other staff can log in at the same computer for which you cannot, it is most likely an issue with your username and/or password. Your club administrator should reset your username and password.
