  2. Try a different browser e.g.  Firefox 
  3.  Check you have the latest version of Adobe Flash http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  4. Try accessing these links in your browser if  you cannot access them then you need their IT administrator to whitelist these URLs for the login to InTouch to work-   http://fpdownload.adobe.com/pub/swz/crossdomain.xml  and http://fpdownload.adobe.com/crossdomain.xml
  5. Ensure that the following URLs have been whitelisted : -
    1. intouchtechnology.com
    2. *.intouchtechnology.com
    3. intouchfollowup.com
    4. *.intouchfollowup.com
    5. fpdownload.adobe.com

  6. If you are using Internet Explorer  11  you will need to enable compatibility view http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11
