How to find all your leads
Whether your club just did a lead import or your manager just assigned someone else's leads to you, there are a few things to remember in order to find all your leads.
FIRST
Go to the Opportunities Tab and make sure you are looking at the Memberships tab in order to see Membership Leads
NEXT
Check Viewing: Make sure you are looking at the correct page
Check your Filters: Make sure you don't have your leads filtered by a particular Contact Method or Lead Source
Make sure you are looking at Active Leads. Alternatively, you can also check Not Interested or Deleted in case leads were moved
LASTLY (and the most frequent reason)
Check your date range. The default view for viewing your Active Leads is for leads added in the last 30 days. If your club did a lead import of older leads or if you are taking over someone else's older leads, you'll need to use the back arrow to see leads added in previous months
Looking for a list of ALL your leads in one page so you know which month to find them in?
Have your manager (or someone with access to the Reports tab) run the All Leads Status Report (CSV). They can sort this downloaded spreadsheet by Lead Owner and copy/paste just your leads and desired details into a new spreadsheet.
