Text Message Troubleshooting
Why Can't I Send a Text?
Below are the most common reasons why you may not be able to send a text message:
- Text Features are not enabled for your club.
- Your staff role/permission does not have the ability to send certain types of Text Messages. See Text Permissions.
- You do not have a phone number listed in the lead/member's Mobile field. Click on the lead/member, then Contact to make sure a mobile number is listed.
- The lead/member has Opted Out of receiving text messages from your club. Click on the lead/member, then Preferences to check their Text Preferences.
- The lead/member has texting blocked. This might be through their cell phone provider or cell phone app, etc.
