Can I change a Lead Source?

How do I change a Lead Source?

The ability to change a lead source is an option listed in your club settings. It allows for either all staff or no staff to have the ability to change a lead source.

 

How this feature works:

  1. Enable this feature for your club under Admin > Club. 
  2. Click Edit
  3. Change the Lead Source setting from "Cannot be changed" to "Can be changed"
  4. Staff will need to log out and back in for the change to take effect.
  5. Find a lead and click on its name
  6. Click the Lead tab on the left
  7. Use the drop-down box by Lead Source to change it.
