Task Question

No. Tasks are REMINDERS that you can put on your Agenda. The Send SMS and Send Email options don't actually send anything, they just remind you to send a personal text or email on a certain day.

For example, let's say our club's class schedule for August will be released this Friday and I told a new prospect I would email it to her. I might schedule a task for Friday labeled Send Email. In the details I might enter 'Send Aug Class Schedule'. On Friday, when I see the reminder on my Agenda, I should go to my regular email, send her the class schedule, and then complete the task.
