Not Getting Nightly Emailed Activity Reports

If you are not getting your Nightly Emailed Activity Reports, we suggest checking your spam folder, bulk folder or junk folder.  If you find the nightly report email, then you will need to mark it as not spam. Usually this is done by selecting  the email and clicking  on the Not Spam or Not Junk button, if available. There are a few other simple things you can do to make sure you get your nightly emailed reports from InTouch Follow-Up.

1.  Make sure you are on the Recipient List. You do this by clicking on Reports>Email Reports and then Get Report. Click on the green plus sign next to your name. When you are finished, click Save. For Nightly Emailed Multi-Club Activity Reports you will need to have a log in id for EACH of the clubs in your organization in order to get your Nightly Emailed Multi-Club Activity Report.

2.  Make sure that the do-not-reply@intouchtechnology.com address is on your Safe Senders list or whitelist.  You can do this by checking your Spam or Trash in your email and clicking on the Nightly Report and click "Not Spam"

3. Be sure that do-not-reply@intouchtechnology.com are not in you "Blocked Addresses" list. If it is there, select it and click "Remove Block"

4. Add www.do-not-reply@intouchtechnology.com to your contact list. Yahoo is a little different as you will need to create a filter as well

  • Open your mail and click on “Mail Options” in the upper right hand corner
  • Select ‘Filters’ (in the bottom left corner)
  • On the Filters page, click “Add”
  • Select the “From header:” rule, and add “contains” and www.do-not-reply@intouchtechnology.com, which tells the system to put email with www.do-not-reply@intouchtechnology.com in your inbox and not the bulk folder.
  • Click the “Choose Folder” pull down menu and select ‘Inbox’
  • Pick the Add Filter button

Following these steps should ensure you are always receiving your Nightly Emailed Activity Reports.
