This is the amount of time the kiosk lead's information will be available in the Kiosk Tour popupClub Tours queue. Set this to a time you feel is the maximum amount of time you would keep a lead waiting for a tour. Once the time expires, the lead is assumed to have left your club without completing a tour and is removed from the Kiosk Club Tours popupqueue, but is still available under the Incoming Leads list so you can assign a lead owner and ensure the lead receives the scheduled follow-up.  Incoming Leads are found under Opportunities > Viewing > Incoming Leads.

Screen Timeout

This controls how long the kiosk screen sits idle before going back to the Welcome Screen. For example, when if a lead has completed fills out only some of the screens and then walks away, this is the amount of time the last screen they used will remain on display before it resets to the home screen.

Permit Drop-In Workout

A Drop-In Workout : a drop in workout (not to be confused with a Drop-In Tour) is someone who is only interested in working out and is generally using the club temporarily as they are from out of town. It's for people that you want to have sign your waiver, but not include as a lead in your InTouch Follow-Up. Enabling this option will add a screen after the lead contact information screen with two buttons.

  • Club Tour Button Label: this This should ask if they are local
  • Drop-In Workout Button Label: this  This should be for people who are using the club temporarily (as a 1 day guest/ drop-in workout) and are not to be added as membership sales leads within InTouch Follow-Up.

(Note: that a lead who you mark A lead that marks themselves as a Drop-In Workout will still appear in your Waiting waiting Kiosk Club Tours . A new queue. In this queue, a button called Drop-In Workout appears when Drop-In Workouts are permitted. Clicking this button ensure that this person does not become a true lead and does not receive any follow-up emails or calls but instead is captured in the Drop-in Workout sub tab in your Opportunities tab.)
