Best Practice Guest Card Questions

Image Modified

The Guest Card is a list of questions sales staff use to build rapport and learn about a potential member's needs and wants. Storing the information in InTouch also allows for seemless information transfer to fitness staff. This enhances your new member's experience by showing your club works together to achieve the goals of your members.

How it works

The Guest Card can be used with or without InTouch Lead Check-Inthe InTouch Welcome Kiosk.

  • With InTouch Lead Check-Inthe Welcome Kiosk: Guests will be asked a number of Guest Card questions when checking in on the iPad. The remainder of the questions can be asked by staff one-on-one at a computer. Or, the cards can be printed (using the printer icon in the top right) by desk staff after assigning a sales rep through the Kiosk Club Tours queue.

  • Without InTouch Lead Check-Inthe Welcome Kiosk: Each lead's Guest Card can be found in their Contact section under the Guest Card tab. If staff sit with a lead at a computer, they can ask the questions and enter the answers in real time. Guest Cards can also be printed (using the printer icon in the top right) to be used during the tour and staff can enter answers in later.

Customizing Questions

Questions can be customized by your Customer Success Representative as part of your Set-Up, Training & Customization Implementation Package. Submit the changes you would like to make to your Customer Services Ambassador during your Kickoff Meeting.

Helpful Hints:

  1. The Guest Card is stored as one piece, not as separate questions. Making changes to any question will replace the whole card including any answers stored on that card. To avoid losing important lead data later on, changes to your Guest Card should be made during your site implementation.
  2. Checkboxes and Radio Buttons allow for faster data entry. These are especially useful for the questions guests will answer using the InTouch Lead Check-InWelcome Kiosk.
  3. Don't include questions for name, email, phone or Lead Source (how did you hear about us?) as these are already asked prior to your Guest Card questions (with or without InTouch Lead Check-Inthe Welcome Kiosk).
