Changing a Lead Owner is the same regardless of whether it's Membership Lead, PT Lead or a Sold Lead:
- First, find the lead record. There are two ways of doing this:
- Go to the Opportunities tab and look for your lead.
Select Personal Training on the blue bar if you are looking for a PT Lead
- Select Sales on the blue bar if you are looking for a Sold Lead
- Find the lead using the Search option (top left). Note: If the contact has already joined, you need to find the sold lead under "Sales" on the blue bar.
- Go to the Opportunities tab and look for your lead.
- Click on the person's name to open their contact record
- Click on the Lead tab
- Use the drop-down arrow* to select the new Lead Owner
- Click Save

* It's common for staff to only have the ability to transfer their own leads to someone else. If you do not have a drop-down option under Lead Owner, then your staff role does not have the permission to change the owner on the selected lead. You will need to contact your Club Administrator to change the owner or to adjust your permissions.
