Configure Your Kiosk Application
Check out our Kiosk User Guide if this is your club's first kiosk. This Guide will walk you through adding in your Guest Waiver wording as well as other customization options.
Create a Kiosk Invitation Key
An invitation key is a token that links your device to your InTouch site. They are one-time use only (meaning you can't enter it more than once). Keys get stored within your browser settings until you clear your browser's cache/cookies. Create two keys per iPad to start.

...
, go to Admin > Kiosk (note: Kiosk is only visible for clubs with a kiosk license and those with permissions to Edit their kiosk)
At the bottom of the screen, select Manage Kiosks to see your current list of keys
Select + New Kiosk* on the left hand side of the screen to add in a new key. Give it a name and Save. (If you do not have a + New Kiosk button, see Kiosk Permissions section below)

Add the Kiosk Application on your iPad
Open Safari and enter https://app.intouchfollowup.com/kiosk/ in the browser bar
Enter in a Kiosk Invitation Key you created above and then select Next
Add (pin) the kiosk webpage to your iPad Home Screen for easy access
...
After you pin the web page to your home screen, the very first time you time open it, you typically need to enter in a new kiosk invitation key as the process of saving the kiosk to your iPad home screen wipes out the cache on first stored key. Keys are one-time use only so you won't be able to re-use the one already entered.
Below are some additional iPad settings that several clubs have found helpful:
Use Guided Access to lock down the kiosk application
Enable the Accessibility Shortcut
Turn off MultiTasking Gestures if you want to prevent them from leaving your app
Turn off Auto-Correction
Kiosk Permissions
Whomever is logged into FollowUp will need the Kiosk: Edit setting enabled in their Permission Role. If you have the ability to edit permissions, you can enable this setting for your role and then log out/back in to see the change.
