How to Add or Remove a Staff member

To add someone to the nightly email report:

  1. Log in to your site and go to Reports>Email Reports
  2. Find the Report (i.e.: Nightly Emailed Club Activity Report) and click Get Report
  3. You will see all everyone that receives that nightly email on the right side and all other staff on the left side. Click the green plus icon next to each name (from the left side) that you would like to add to that nightly email.
  4. Save

*To add someone to the nightly email, they must first be added as staff (Admin>Staff) with the appropriate email address.

*If you don't have access to the Reports tab, an Administrator for your club will need to do this for you.

 

To remove someone from the nightly email report:

  1. Log in to your site and go to Reports>Email Reports
  2. Find the Report (i.e.: Nightly Emailed Club Activity Report) and click Get Report
  3. You will see everyone that receives that nightly email on the right side. Click the trash can next to each name you would like to remove from that nightly email.
  4. Save

*If you don't have access to the Reports tab, an Administrator for your club will need to do this for you.

 

Completed Calls not showing on Reports

The first item to point out is that the nightly emailed summary report and MSA (MLG) only shows Membership Lead Calls.
The Staff Activity Report shows ALL CALLS; made to LEADS and MEMBERS.

 

How can I print the MSA report so it's not so microscopic?

Select the Report Format as CSV (Comma Separated Value) instead of as a PDF. When the CSV opens in Excel you can print it at regular size - you'll want it to be landscape and it will print out on about 4 pages, but if you are good with excel you can quickly manipulate it to print the way you want.
