Each InTouch Follow-Up site will have an InTouch Connector Log that holds a record of leads being sent to your Club Management System. From this log you can see if it was sent and saved successfully or if an error occurred. A warning will occur if the lead was sent, but with missing information. Errors will also indicate WHY the lead was not transferred (e.g. issue with staff, lead source, issue reaching your club management system etc).
How to Access the Connector Log
Log in to the InTouch Follow-Up site
Go to Admin>Club*
Look in the bottom right corner for Connector
Click the link next to Logging URL
*You must have Administrator privileges to see this Tab. If you wish for staff to have access to the Connector Log, simply copy the URL, paste it in a new browser, and Bookmark the URL or create a Desktop Shortcut.
