Lead Sources
Lead sources represent your advertising campaigns. They should answer the questions: How did you hear about us? Or, what brought you into the club today?
Where to Find and Customize Lead Sources
To add a new Lead Source
- Go to Admin > Lead Properties > Lead Sources
- Select New Lead Source from the Admin Links menu
- In the Lead Source window, enter a Name (required) and Description (optional) Select the Sort Order (where you would like to the Lead source to appear in the Lead Source list)
- Select to Show
- Click Save
To Edit or Hide an existing Lead Source
Lead Sources can be hidden from available options in the drop-down box, but cannot be deleted because they are tied to reporting.
- Highlight the Lead Source you wish to change
- Click Edit
- You can change the Description, Sort Order or click Hide if you do not want this to be an available option.
