What is Integration?
Overview
Integration allows data entered into one system to flow into the other.
For InTouch Follow-Up customers, data that is entered by users into InTouch Follow-Up can flow through the InTouch Connector into another system such as their club membership management system or sales presentation application. This is because InTouch Follow-Up is primarily a lead tracking tool and leads must be entered into InTouch Follow-Up for it to provide its purpose.
Integration with InTouch Follow-Up is accomplished via the InTouch Connector, which can be thought of as a synchronization hub.

- Add a Lead in InTouch Follow-Up --> Lead is sent to your Club Management System (CMS)
- Add a Lead in InTouch Follow-Up --> Lead is sent to your Visual Fitness Planner Application (VFP)
- Add a Lead in VFP --> Lead is sent to your InTouch Follow-Up Application
- Update Lead contact details in InTouch Follow-Up --> Lead changes are sent to your CMS and your VFP
- Convert a Lead to a Trial in InTouch Follow-Up --> Converts to Trial in your CMS
