We like to think that everyone wants to receive our emails, but that's not always true. Plus, many governments have laws regarding email blasts and opt-out options.
This is why an Unsubscribe link is automatically inserted into each automated and broadcast email. However, it's only added when sent in bulk so you will not see it on a test email.
The first image on the right highlights the Unsubscribe link.
The second image shows what users will see when they click the Unsubscribe link. When the user clicks Submit, it will automatically update their contact preferences in the Preferences Tab of that lead/member.
If a lead or member asks you to unsubscribe them, you can also do this for them within the application. See Lead/Member Unsubscribe Options
