For InTouch Follow-Up customers, data that is entered by users into InTouch Follow-Up can flow through the InTouch Connector into another system such as their club membership management system or sales presentation application. This is because InTouch Follow-Up is primarily a lead tracking tool and leads must be entered into InTouch Follow-Up for it to provide its purpose.
Integration with InTouch Follow-Up is accomplished via the InTouch Connector, which can be thought of as a synchronization hub.
