| Icon | Name | Description | |

 | Appointment | Any type of appointment or event (i.e.: Tour, Orientation, PT Session, etc) | |
 | Confirmed Appointment | ||
 | Checked In Appointment | This icon is used only in clubs with the InTouch Welcome Kiosk | |
 | Completed Appointment | ||
 | Cancelled Appointment | ||
 | Call | A scheduled phone call to be made to the lead or member listed next to the icon. | |
 | Completed Call | ||
 | Cancelled Call | ||
 | Task | Any manual reminder you want to set. Tasks must be associated to a lead or member. For example, you might set a task if you need to leave a pass at the front desk for a lead on a certain day. | |
