This page explains all of the icons that appear in InTouch Follow-Up.
| Icon | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Appointment | This represents any appointment (Tour, Orientation, PT Session, etc) | |
| Call | This represents a scheduled phone call to be made to the lead or member listed next to the icon. | |
| Task | A task is any manual reminder you want to set. Tasks must be associated to a lead or member. For example, you might set a task if you need to leave a pass at the front desk for a lead on a certain day. | |
