In this section we will review how to create a task, or manual reminder in the system and the options with that task.
Create a task:
Search for the member or lead you would like to create a task for by the upper left hand search bar.
- When the search results appear find the person you were looking for by clicking on the tabs above.
- Hover over the actions button .
- Click Create Task.
- A new window will pop up that gives an option to choose the day you wish the task to be complete.
- Click schedule and the task will move to the chosen day.
Click Schedule and the task will appear on your agenda for the day selected.
Reschedule a task:
- Hover over the actions button and click Reschedule task
- A new window will pop up that gives an option to choose the day you wish the task to be complete.
- Enter any additional notes to go with the task
- Click Reschedule and the task will move to the chosen day.
